A yellowish liquid with low viscosity, and has good compatibility with epoxy resin. Soluble in water and the majority of organic solvents, appearing basic. Its color will become deeper without changes in the performances of relevant solid substance under long-term lighting. The heat distortion temperature of the solid substance can reach above 150°C and it has good electric insulation performance, anti-chemical media strength and mechanical strength.
