Accord with: USP/BP/EP.

This chemical is the third generation of cephalosporin broad-spectrum antibiotic and has effect on both positive and negative Gram bacteria, especially it not only has the antibacterial activity on Escherichia coli, but also has the bactericidal action, obviously better than the first and second generations of cephalosporin.
It has better effect than cephalosporin on Bacillus aegyptiacus, Escherichia coli, except bacillus pyocyaneus. Moreover it can penetrate the cerebrospinal fluid when cure the meningitis caused by Gram-negative bacteria better than cephalothin and has joint action combined with cidomycin and amikacin.
