A systemic fungicide used as seed treatment to control smut and bunt of wheat,loose and covered smut and Typhula blight of barley,powdery mildew,rusts,leaf spot and take-all and common root and foot rot of wheat and barley head smut of corn and grain sorghum.Used on cotton for protection against Rhizoctonia and Thielaviopsis.Also used on vegetables, ornamentals, coffee, deciduous fruit, grapes, tobacco, bananas, and other crops.

Stable under normal storage conditions.Slightly soluble in isopropanol,methylene hloride,cyclohexanone.Insoluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons.

Toxicity: LD50 >5000mg/kg; Acute inhalation for small white rat (4 years old) LC50 >0.45mg/kg, ADI(mg/kg avoirdupois):0.03. Non- action dosage for feeding (2 year) to small white rat: 50mg/kg(per day).
